Sapadere Canyon, Alanya

Sapadere Canyon is one of the most beautiful natural attractions in the vicinity of Alanya. It is a very picturesque place, which is a small mountain gorge with waterfalls, lagoons, a mountain river and magnificent views of the surrounding nature of the Mediterranean region of Turkey.

Along the whole gorge there is a 750 meters long pedestrian bridge that will take you from the entrance to the canyon to its final point - a beautiful waterfall with a small lagoon, where you can not only make beautiful photos, but also swim in the refreshing mountain river, the temperature of which remains at 12 C° all year round.

On the way to the waterfall you will get picturesque views of the steep cliffs of the Toros Mountains, through which the purest mountain river makes its way to the sea. The width of the canyon throughout its entire length is 10-15 meters.

In several places of the pedestrian bridge of the Sapadere Canyon there are observation platforms, benches for rest, as well as descents to the water, so that tourists have the opportunity to swim and make beautiful memorable photos in the most picturesque places.

Halfway to the final waterfall you will also find a small cafe where you can relax in the cool shade of the rocks and have a little refreshment.
