A resort town and the largest port in Turkey

Mersin is a major regional center in southeastern Turkey, located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. With a population of about 2 million, it is the 11th most populous city in the country. Mersin is an important industrial center and the largest coastal city in Turkey, with an extensive coastline of 321 km.

As a resort city, Mersin is a popular vacation destination on par with other famous Turkish areas such as Antalya and Alanya.

• Unique geographical location, with the waters of the Mersin Gulf to the south and the Taurus Mountains to the north.

Since Mersin has been actively developing over the past few years as a resort region, the real estate market attracts foreign investors. Usually multi-storey apartment complexes with hotel infrastructure are built in the area.
